Every year millions of CDs are adding to our landfills and the plastic cases they come in create a lot of waste. Nowadays, we have the option of buying music on-line with sites such as iTunes.com. You might even consider buying used CDs or swap them at sites like BarterBee.com. There are many stores that will accept used CDs and games for cash.  If you have some CDs that you’d like to recycle and don’t know where or how to do that, check out the CD Recycling Center of America’s Website for more information.  

Just because you don’t love the music anymore doesn’t mean someone else won’t enjoy it.  Keep finding ways to reuse your items and avoid them ending in the landfill.
